At long last, our beloved building has its own visual chronicle. This lush large-format volume is filled with dozens of glorious, newly commissioned photographs by acclaimed architectural photographer Peter Aaron, printed with digital clarity on luxurious paper. With a definitive history of the building and its architect Edmund March Wheewright '76 by former Time design critic Kurt Andersen '76, an Introduction by contemporary Castle Master Architect John Tittman, and a Forward with the story of recent renovations — the most extensive in the building's history — by Trust Treasurer Bob Neer ‘86. A privately printed, numbered, limited edition chronicle of the only building ever built as a joke. Signed by the contributors, and personalized for each buyer. The names of all Heritage Edition purchasers will be inscribed in a special volume stored in the Narthex. And did we mention? All sales proceeds go to support the Lampoon's sesquicentennial celebration, and the endowment!
